Halo-halo is a popular filipino cold dessert which contained of crushed ice, evaporated milk and various ingredients including among others, sweetened beans, sago, gulaman, pinipig rice, boiled root crops in cubes, fruit slices, flan, and topped with a scoop of ice cream.
